Ingredients
2 eggplants
200 g feta cheese
200 g ground beef
Tomato sauce
Olive oil
Herbes de Provence
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Wash the eggplants and slice them lengthwise into 2 cm thick slices. Sprinkle with salt and a little sugar to draw out excess moisture.
2. On your Kokko, place the eggplant slices and grill them for 5 minutes on each side in olive oil. Meanwhile, sauté the ground beef with tomato sauce and Herbes de Provence.
3. Next, fill the eggplants with the tomato and beef mixture, then add cubes of feta on top to melt.
Enjoy while hot!
Tip: You can substitute zucchini for eggplant.
