Chicken-stuffed zucchini

Courgettes farcies au poulet


Cooking time: 15 min – Preparation time: 15 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 courgettes
300g minced chicken breast
4 tbsp tomato sauce
Grated Gruyère
Paprika


Preparation:

1. Wash and cut your courgettes in half. Scoop them out with a teaspoon, keeping the flesh in a bowl. Finely chop the chicken breasts.

2. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Place the courgettes flesh side down on the plancha. After 5 minutes, turn them over and cook for another 10 minutes. At the same time, brown the minced chicken breast along with the reserved courgette flesh.

3. Mix the courgette flesh and minced chicken together, then fill the hollowed courgettes.

4. Sprinkle with grated Gruyère and drizzle a little tomato sauce over the stuffed courgettes!
