Ingredients
8 thick slices of smoked bacon
4 eggs
200 g fresh button mushrooms
4 sausages
4 slices of sandwich bread
1 can of baked beans in tomato sauce
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Rinse the button mushrooms with clean water and cut your slices of sandwich bread diagonally.
2. Preheat the Kokko over high heat. On one side, add the red beans, smoked bacon slices, and sausages.
3. On the other side, over lower heat, crack your eggs, add the mushrooms, and place your slices of sandwich bread to toast them. After two minutes, you can flip them.

4. Plate up: arrange the red beans and button mushrooms. Then add the eggs, followed by the meat: smoked bacon and sausages. Season to taste.

Serve hot!
