Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
4 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp honey
1 tsp Viandox or Maggi seasoning
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
A handful of shelled peanuts
Preparation:
1. Roughly crush the shelled peanuts.
2. Cut the chicken into cubes.
3. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, Viandox, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well.
5. Add the peanuts and mix. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
6. Thread the marinated chicken onto 4 skewers.
7. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes on the Kokko, turning them regularly.
Tip: The peanut butter marinade keeps the meat from drying out, ensuring it stays tender.
