Croque Monsieur


Cooking time: 10 min – Preparation time: 5 min – Serves: 2

Ingredients

4 slices of sandwich bread
2 slices of processed cheese
2 slices of cooked ham
milk


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko on low heat. Meanwhile, cut the ham slices in half and dip the slices of bread in a little milk.

2. Assemble the croque-monsieur by placing a slice of cheese on one slice of bread and the ham on the other. Add a small knob of butter to the outside of each croque-monsieur.

3. Toast your croque-monsieur for 2 minutes on each side until golden.

Serve hot!

Tip: You can use other cheeses like Tomme de Savoie or Cantal to mix up the flavors!
