Ingredients:
4 golden or pink lady apples
120g brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
80g heavy cream

Preparation:
1. Light your Kokko and preheat to 240°C.
2. Cut off the tops of the apples and core them, then lightly brush with lemon to prevent browning.
3. In a pan, melt the brown sugar until it turns into caramel, deglaze with the cream and bring back to a boil, cook for 2 minutes, then pour the hot caramel into the apples.
4. Leave the apples outside for 10 minutes so they warm up with the caramel.
5. Place the apples in a heatproof dish and set it on the Kokko grill.
6. Cook the apples for 20 minutes; they’re ready when they’re nicely wilted. Let them rest for 10 minutes so they can settle and release their juices.
7. Enjoy warm, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with crumble.
