Ingredients
1. 1 ready-to-use pizza dough
2. 100 ml thick single cream
3. 1 goat cheese log
125g diced bacon
Liquid honey
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
1. Preheat your Kokko to 200°C.
2. Roll out the pizza dough and prick it with a fork. Spread the cream evenly over the base.
3. Slice the goat cheese log into 5 mm thick rounds.
4. Arrange the diced bacon and goat cheese slices on top. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Serve warm.
Tip: Serve with lamb’s lettuce.
