Ingredients
3 courgettes
2 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch of basil
Olive oil
Fleur de sel
Method:
1. Preheat your stainless steel plancha over high heat.
2. Wash the courgettes and slice them. Remove the germ from the garlic cloves and finely chop them. Chop the basil.
3. Sauté the courgette slices quickly, stirring frequently. Lightly season with salt.
4. After about ten minutes, add the garlic, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for another 4 minutes and serve hot.
