Ingredients:
400g cleaned squid
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 apricots
1 bunch of parsley
1 pinch of Espelette pepper
Salt, pepper
Equipment:
Kamado Kokko L
or Kamado Kokko XL
Reversible cast iron plancha grill plate
Stainless steel tongs
Preparation:
1. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley.
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, parsley, Espelette pepper, salt, and pepper.
3. Cut the squid into small pieces to create thin rings. Place them in a deep dish.
4. Pour the sauce over the squid and mix well.
5. Heat the plancha grill plate and cook the squid on it for 8 minutes, turning them occasionally.
