Italian-style haddock fillet

Filet d'églefin à l'italienne


Cooking time: 10 min – Preparation time: 15 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 haddock fillets
1 ball of mozzarella
4 slices of prosciutto
4 teaspoons of basil tomanade


Preparation:

1. Cut 4 slices of mozzarella.

2. Place a slice of mozzarella on the edge of each fish fillet, add a spoonful of tomanade, and roll up the fillets.

3. Wrap each fillet with a slice of prosciutto. Secure with a toothpick. On your preheated Kokko, cook the paupiettes for 3 minutes on each side over maximum heat, then lower the heat and cook for another 4 minutes, covering the paupiettes with aluminum foil.

4. Plate and serve—enjoy!
