Ingredients
4 salmon steaks
1 mango
1 red bell pepper
For the sauce:
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp finely chopped coriander
Preparation:
1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and chill.
2. Peel and pit the mango, then slice it. Do the same with the bell pepper. Keep chilled.
3. Preheat your Kokko and place the salmon steaks on one side, and the mango and bell pepper on the other.
4. Grill the salmon for 5 minutes on each side, brushing both sides with the sauce. Drizzle the mango and bell pepper pieces with sauce as well, toss, and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
Tip: Serve with jasmine rice.
