Ingredients

8 slices of smoked bacon
4 bagels
4 eggs
200 g mushrooms
12 cl crème fraîche
Butter
Chives


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Rinse the mushrooms under cold water and slice them thinly. Cut the bagels in half and butter them. Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche and finely chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper.

2. On your Kokko, pour in the beaten eggs and stir regularly to make scrambled eggs. At the same time, cook the smoked bacon slices and mushrooms, as well as the bagel halves, until lightly golden.

3. Plate up: layer the bacon, eggs, and mushrooms, then close the bagel. Serve piping hot!
