Spicy chicken skewers with creamy white sauce

Brochette de poulet épicé et sa sauce blanche


Cooking time: 10 min – Prep time: 10 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp cumin
Salt, pepper
For the white sauce:
200 g fromage blanc
Garlic
Parsley
Chives
Salt, pepper
Shallot
Lemon juice

Equipment:

Kokko kamado L or XL
Chamba black clay bowl
for marinating your chicken
Reversible plancha grill plate for grilling your marinated skewers
Large stainless steel tongs for turning your grilled food


Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients except the chicken.

2. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and soak them in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.

3. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers.

4. Fire up your Kokko. Drizzle with olive oil and sear the skewers for 5 minutes on each side.

4. Prepare the white sauce: finely chop the garlic, chives, and parsley. Mix them with the fromage blanc and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Tip: Serve these skewers in bread for original sandwiches.
