Tandoori-style sweet potato skewers

Cooking time: 15 min – Prep time: 10 min – Serves: 5

Ingredients

5 sweet potatoes
3 tbsp fromage blanc
1/2 lime
1 tbsp tandoori spice mix
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 bunch fresh coriander
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

1. Prepare the marinade for the skewers: mix the fromage blanc, lime juice, spices, and finely chopped coriander.

2. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into 3 cm cubes, and cook them for about 10 minutes in a pan of simmering salted water until tender.

3. Let them cool, then coat with the marinade. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

4. Thread the sweet potato cubes onto skewers. Preheat your Kokko to medium heat.

5. Grill the skewers for a few minutes on each side until golden. Sprinkle with cumin.

Enjoy them hot!

Tip: Serve with green salad and a sauce made from fromage blanc and parsley.
