Curry Shrimp and Apple Skewers

Ingredients

500 g shrimp
1 apple
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp curry powder


Preparation:

1. Start by peeling the shrimp, removing the tails and heads. Rinse them under water.

2. Peel the apple and cut it into medium-sized pieces so they can be skewered.

3. On wooden skewers, alternate shrimp and apple: one shrimp, one apple, one shrimp, one apple, one shrimp.

4. In a dish, prepare the marinade by mixing together the olive oil, honey, and curry powder. Place the skewers in the marinade and let them rest for 2 hours.

5. Heat your plancha over medium heat and arrange the marinated shrimp skewers. Grill for 5 minutes, turning halfway through. Enjoy!
