Pêche au jambon cru


Cooking time: 5 min – Preparation time: 5 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 slices of prosciutto
2 peaches
100 g fresh goat cheese
Rosemary


Preparation:

1. Preheat your plancha over low heat. Meanwhile, wash the peaches and cut them into wedges.

2. On your plancha, cook the peaches and turn them halfway through. Wrap them with goat cheese and prosciutto.

3. Plate up: garnish your peach and prosciutto bites with rosemary!

Tip: You can also enjoy this recipe as an appetizer on skewers.
