Ingredients
20 small chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp poultry spices
3 tbsp wine vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Prepare the marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, poultry spices, and the crushed garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Once ready, add the chicken drumsticks to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
3. After two hours, preheat your Kokko over low heat.
4. Place the drumsticks on your Kokko and cook for about fifteen minutes, turning them halfway through. You can pour a little of the marinade over the drumsticks during cooking to enhance the flavor.
5. Once nicely golden, remove them from your plancha and enjoy hot.
Tip: To keep the meat tender and prevent it from drying out, you can cover the drumsticks with a sheet of aluminum foil during cooking.
