Ingredients:
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
Paprika
Turmeric
Salt, pepper
Equipment:
A Kokko kamado Little, L or XL!
A cast iron plancha cooking plate
A vegetable spatula
Preparation:
1. Wash the bell peppers and slice them into thin strips. Chop the onion. Preheat your Kokko to medium heat.
2. Once hot, place the chopped onion and pepper strips on your Kokko. Cook for about ten minutes.
3. Two minutes before the end, sprinkle with paprika and turmeric.
4. Serve hot!
Tip: Serve with white fish or meat. You can also enjoy this recipe as a starter, letting the peppers cool and drizzling with a touch of olive oil.
