Ingredients
1 ready-to-roll pizza dough
1 small zucchini
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
200 ml tomato sauce
100 g ricotta
50 g mozzarella
1 tsp oregano
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Slice the zucchini into rounds and cut the peppers into thin strips. Cook the vegetables on a lightly oiled plancha for about ten minutes.
2. Unroll the pizza dough. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Scatter the crumbled ricotta, diced mozzarella, and then the vegetables over the dough. Season again with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in your Kokko for about fifteen minutes.
