Cherry tomato and goat cheese toasts

Ingredients

8 slices of bread
About 10 cherry tomatoes
250g fresh goat cheese
1 tsp mustard
1 garlic clove
Olive oil
Herbes de Provence


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and mix them.

2. Combine the goat cheese with the mustard and Herbes de Provence. Rub the bread slices with olive oil and the garlic clove, then toast them on the plancha with the cherry tomatoes.

3. Remove the bread slices from the Kokko, spread them with goat cheese, and top with the cherry tomatoes.

Tip: Serve the tartines with a salad for a starter, or cut them in half for an appetizer!
