Ingredients
500 g chicken breast
100 g flaked almonds
Juice of 2 lemons
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper
Wooden skewers
Method:
1. Slice the chicken breasts lengthwise into strips.
2. In a dish, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and a handful of chopped almonds. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Preheat your Kokko. Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the skewers.
4. Place the skewers on the Kokko and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally.
5. Serve immediately, sprinkled with whole almonds!
Tip: You can add a few coriander seeds to the marinade!
