Chicken Bagel

Bagel au poulet


Cooking time: 10 min – Preparation time: 10 min – Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 bagels
2 chicken breasts
2 slices of cheddar
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp mustard
A few lettuce leaves


Preparation:

1. Preheat your Kokko over low heat. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese and mustard together in a bowl.

2. Place the chicken breasts on your Kokko and keep an eye on them. Slice the bagels in half and place them on the Kokko.

3. Flip the chicken breasts and remove the bagels from your Kokko. Spread the cream cheese and mustard mixture on the bagels. Top with a slice of cheddar, a lettuce leaf, and pieces of chicken breast.

Serve hot!

Tip: Add a touch of honey to the cream cheese and mustard mixture if you enjoy sweet and savoury flavours.
