4 large portobello mushrooms

150 g fresh goat cheese (or mozzarella)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh thyme

1 tbsp chopped chives

Preparation:
Clean the portobellos and remove the stems. Mix the goat cheese with herbs, garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Fill the mushroom caps, then grill them over low heat with the lid closed for about 10 minutes on the Kokko cast iron grate. Serve with a lemony arugula salad.
Kokko Tip: Place the lava stone under the cooking grate, on the star-shaped accessory rack, to keep the cheese from dripping into the coals!
