Marinated mozzarella

Mozzarella marinée

Cooking time: 7 min – Preparation time: 30 min – Serves: 6

Ingredients:

3 balls of mozzarella di bufala
100 g shelled pistachios
1 rusk
olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 eggs
Fleur de sel

Preparation:

1. Blend the pistachios with the rusk, pepper, and thyme. Remove the mozzarella balls from their packaging and place them in the freezer for 15 minutes.

2. Beat the eggs until smooth.

3. Dip the mozzarella balls in the eggs, then roll them in the pistachio coating. Place them back in the freezer for another 5 minutes.

4. Cook the mozzarella on the plancha for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn them over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.

5. Place them in a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and season with fleur de sel.

You can now serve this delicious and original dish to all your guests!
