Ingredients
1 pizza dough
5 generous slices of smoked salmon
200 ml thick crème fraîche
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated Emmental cheese
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1. Mix the crème fraîche with the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Spread this mixture over the pizza dough.
2. Arrange the smoked salmon slices evenly over the pizza and sprinkle with grated Emmental.
3. Preheat your Kokko to 250°C with the ceramic stone. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your preference, and enjoy!
