Camembert with walnuts

Camembert aux noix


Preparation time: 5 minutes – Cooking time: 15–30 minutes – Serves: 5

Ingredients:

20 ml crème fraîche
1 Camembert
10 walnuts

Method:

1. Slice the Camembert in half horizontally;

2. Spread crème fraîche over each half.

3. Roughly chop the walnuts, sprinkle them over one half of the Camembert, then close with the other half.

4. Place your Camembert in a dish, then set it in your Kokko.

5. Smoke cold for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on your preferred intensity.

6. Remove from your Kokko and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

That’s it—your Camembert is ready to enjoy!
