Chicken wok with soy sauce

Wok de poulet sauce soja


Cooking time: 8 min – Prep time: 5 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
300 g Chinese noodles
2 red onions
3 bell peppers (red, yellow, and green)
1 bunch of coriander
Sunflower oil
Soy sauce
Salt, pepper


Preparation:

1. Marinate the chicken breasts in soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.

2. Soak the noodles in cold water for 2 minutes, then cook them in a pot of boiling water. Add a little oil to prevent sticking and set aside.

3. In the wok, sauté the chicken in a bit of oil. Gradually add the sliced onions, then the bell peppers cut into strips. Keep stirring.

4. Final step: add the noodles.

5. Season and sprinkle with finely chopped coriander.

Tip: Stir constantly to ensure everything cooks evenly and the flavors blend together.
