Thai vegetable wok

Cooking time: 20 min – Prep time: 10 min – Serves: 4

Ingredients:

500 g cooked Chinese noodles
300 g bean sprouts
3 carrots
2 onions
100 g peanuts
Soy sauce
Oil

Equipment:

Kokko Kamado L or XL
Cast iron pan
Leather gloves to sauté your vegetables without burning yourself!

Preparation:

1. Preheat your wok over high heat.
2. Oil your cast iron pan and sauté the carrots with the onions. After 5 minutes, pour soy sauce over the vegetables.

3. Add the cooked Chinese noodles, bean sprouts, and ground peanuts. Serve piping hot!
