Ingredients

2 prime rib steaks
Fleur de sel
Pepper

Equipment:

Kokko kamado Little, L or XL
Cast iron cooking grate
or Cast iron plancha plate
Large stainless steel tongs for turning your meat
Meat fork for removing the meat from the barbecue
Leather gloves for safe grilling


Preparation:

1. Prepare your meat: generously season both sides of the rib steaks with fleur de sel and pepper.

2. Heat your Kokko on high and lightly spray with oil. Once your plate is hot, place the two rib steaks on it. Sear for 2 minutes on each side.

3. Tip: For best results, cook your meat on a grate over your Kokko. This way, your meat will be perfectly seared and infused with delicious grilled flavor.
