Fig and Goat Cheese Pizza

Pizza aux figues et fromage de chèvre


Cooking time: 10 min – Preparation time: 10 min – Serves: 4


Ingredients:

1 pizza dough
150 g fresh goat cheese
20 g grated Parmesan
8 ripe figs
20 cl tomato coulis
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp honey
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
3 thin slices of cured ham
1 handful of arugula

Equipment:

Kokko kamado L or XL
Ceramic pizza stone
Stainless steel pizza peel with XL handle
Stainless steel pizza cutter


Preparation:

1. Roll out the pizza dough. Spread the tomato coulis, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Scatter the crumbled goat cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.

2. Slice the figs and arrange them evenly over the pizza. Add a drizzle of olive oil, a touch of honey, and the dried oregano.

3. Bake in the Kokko for about ten minutes. Let the pizza cool slightly before serving with the cured ham and seasoned arugula.

Tip: Preheat the Kokko for about ten minutes for a crispier pizza.
