Tandoori Pork

Porc Tandoori

Cooking time: 10 min – Prep time: 5 min – Serves: 2

Ingredients

4 pieces of pork
1 tsp Tandoori Massala spices
2 tbsp olive oil
1 mild red chili
1 onion
Salt

Equipment:

Kokko Kamado Little or L
Chamba black clay dish
Set of 4 stainless steel utensils including the brush for basting your marinades, a spatula, tongs, and a meat fork!
Cast iron plancha grill plate

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, prepare the marinade for the meat. Mix the olive oil, tandoori spices, and salt.

2. Add the chili to your mixture. To do this, cut off the top of the chili, remove the seeds, and dice it finely. Finish by adding the onion, sliced.

3. Your marinade is ready—simply immerse your pork pieces in it for 1 hour. Preheat your cast iron plancha grill plate on the grate of your Kokko. Once the plate is hot, sear the meat and marinade on the ridges of the plate.

4. After 5 minutes of cooking, turn the pieces over. Let cook for another 5 minutes and enjoy!
