Ingredients
2 slices of bonito
Flour
6 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. On your Kokko, cook the sliced garlic cloves with olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat when the garlic turns translucent. Set the sauce aside (make sure it stays warm).
2. Coat the bonito slices in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Grill the bonito on your oiled Kokko for a few minutes on each side, then drizzle with the sauce. Plate and enjoy!
4. Tip: Serve with potatoes and a fresh salad of tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
