Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 pinch of cumin seeds
Salt
Pepper
Equipment:
Kokko kamado L or XL
Star-shaped accessory rack
Reversible cast iron plancha grill plate
Chamba black clay mixing bowl
Set of 4 skewers
Large stainless steel tongs with rubber handle
Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken into large pieces about 2 to 3 cm wide.
2. In a mixing bowl, pour in the olive oil, curry powder, salt, and pepper, then mix. Add the pre-cut chicken pieces to the mixture. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated and let marinate for 1 hour.
4. Thread the chicken and bell pepper pieces onto skewers, alternating them.
5. Sprinkle the skewers with cumin seeds.
6. Heat the plancha grill plate by placing it on the star-shaped accessory rack of your Kokko kamado.
7. Place the skewers on top and cook for 15 minutes, turning them regularly for even cooking.
