Potato and bacon skewers

Brochettes de pommes de terre et bacon


Cooking time: 4 min – Preparation time: 10 min – Serves: 2

Ingredients

8 small new potatoes
4 slices of bacon
4 tbsp crème fraîche
2 tbsp tarragon
1 tbsp chives
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

1. Poach the potatoes in a pan of salted water for 5–10 minutes.

2. Then cut them in half and wrap each piece in a small slice of bacon. Thread the wrapped potatoes onto skewers.

3. On your preheated Kokko, grill over high heat for 4 minutes on each side.

4. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare a tarragon sauce: mix the crème fraîche, herbs, lemon juice, and season to taste.

5. Plate up by drizzling the skewers with this delicious sauce. All that’s left is to enjoy!
