Wood dust is perfect for cold smoking. To use it, simply place the wood dust in an aluminum or stainless steel container, or in a cold smoke generator maze. Then, set the smoke generator at the bottom of your Kokko.Light the wood dust at one end and let your food absorb the smoke. Cold smoking imparts an exceptionally delicate flavor to your dishes.
Good to know: Be sure to shake the wood dust before placing it in the container to ensure an even burn.
