Ingredients:
4 pork chops
100 ml tomato coulis
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp whisky
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp honey
1 pinch Espelette pepper
Equipment:
Kokko Little, L or XL

Cooking grate in stainless steel or cast iron
Preparation:
1. In a dish, mix all the ingredients for the whisky barbecue sauce. Place the pork chops in the dish and coat them well with the marinade.
2. Marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally. Grill the chops on both sides on a hot Kokko.
3. Serve immediately with potatoes.
Tip: You can substitute pork ribs for the chops. For children, simply omit the whisky from the marinade.
