Ingredients

6 chicken wings
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 sliced onions
Juice of 1 lime
Salt, pepper
Olive oil


Equipment:

Kokko Kamado Little, L or XL
Stainless steel grill grate
or cast iron grill grate
Large stainless steel tongs


Preparation:

1. Prepare a marinade with all the ingredients.

2. Marinate your chicken wings in this mixture for one hour to let them soak up all the flavors.

3. Grill on your Kokko for 7 minutes on each side.
